1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

In compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), users are informed that personal data collected through this website will be processed by the Controller:

The user guarantees the data is truthful and is responsible for any damage from non-compliance.

When the user makes a booking through the website, phone or specific form:

  • Manage the booking (date, time, number of players, game mode, etc.).

  • Send booking-related communications (confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations).

  • Manage incidents and customer service.

3.3. Commercial Communications (newsletter, promotions and news)

If the user subscribes to the newsletter or checks the acceptance box for commercial communications:

Management (if applicable)
If the website allows online purchase of tickets or services:

  • Manage incidents and after-sales service.

8. CHILDREN’S DATA

Lasercity services are primarily aimed at audiences over 13 years old. However, activities and bookings for minors (birthdays, school groups, etc.) may be organized through their parents, mothers or legal guardians.

The user guarantees that minors’ data has been provided with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, who will be responsible for authorizing participation in activities and processing of their personal data.

Under no circumstances will minors be asked for data related to their financial situation or private life beyond what is strictly necessary to organize the activity (name, age, etc.).

9. SECURITY MEASURES

Lemonade Akahi S.L. undertakes to process users’ personal data confidentially and to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with GDPR and LOPDGDD requirements.

These measures take into account the state of the art, implementation costs, nature, scope, context and processing purposes, as well as risks of varying likelihood and severity to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

10. PRIVACY POLICY MODIFICATION

Lemonade Akahi S.L. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislative, jurisprudential or interpretive developments from the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as well as changes in the operation or services offered through the Website.

In case of modification, it will be conveniently announced on the Website and, when legally required, user consent will be requested again.
