LASERCITY RULES and WARNINGS
Please read and respect these fundamental rules to ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience at LaserCity
1. RULES: WHAT YOU MUST (AND MUST NOT) DO
RESPECT: All LaserCity guests must wear appropriate clothing and behave courteously at all times, respecting the facilities, equipment, and the well-being of other players.
INFORM: Players must clearly inform staff of any relevant information (allergies, physical conditions, special needs, etc.) so our team can help ensure a safe experience.
FOLLOW THE GAME RULES (LABYRINTH) :The following actions are strictly prohibited inside the maze:
Running or jumping
Sitting or lying down inside the labyrinth
Pushing or any kind of physical contact with other players
Hitting, throwing, or otherwise damaging the equipment (laser gun or vest)
Using offensive or inappropriate language
Climbing on, moving, or damaging maze elements (barrels, props, walls, etc.)
FOLLOW STAFF INSTRUCTIONS
All instructions and guidelines given by LaserCity staff are mandatory and must be followed at all times. Players are also required to address staff members respectfully.
BE PUNCTUAL: Players must arrive at the LaserCity facilities 20 minutes before their first game. LaserCity cannot guarantee participation if this arrival time is not respected.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS: Bringing outside food or beverages into LaserCity facilities is not allowed, unless previously agreed with management.
USE COMMON SENSE: Some areas may not be under constant supervision (although staff are always nearby). Players must follow all general and specific safety instructions, use common sense, and avoid risky or dangerous behavior.
SUPERVISION OF MINORS: Children under 15 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult while inside LaserCity facilities. For birthday parties, a minimum of two adults must remain on-site to supervise the children. Adults are not required to participate in the game with the children.
II. WARNINGS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: LaserCity activity centers are not responsible for improper use of the facilities and/or equipment, failure to follow instructions and safety rules, or for any risks assumed and/or caused by the participants themselves.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION / EXCLUSION: LaserCity reserves the right to interrupt an activity and/or exclude any participant who does not comply with the established rules, particularly in cases of failure to follow staff instructions, inappropriate behavior, or dangerous activities.
SHARED USE OF THE LABYRINTH: Use of the labyrinth is not exclusive unless previously agreed with management. Multiple groups of different ages may be combined in the same game, always respecting the maximum capacity of 32 players.
SAFETY NOTICE: LaserCity is a safe environment carefully designed for both play and enjoyment. However, there may be areas (temporarily or permanently) with uneven surfaces, liquids, obstacles, or similar elements. Players must respect all signage and safety indications displayed at all times.
PHYSICAL CONDITION: LaserCity involves continuous movement. The activity may be considered sporting and/or high intensity. Participants with medical conditions, physical limitations, or under medical supervision must participate according to their doctor’s recommendations. In all cases, players are responsible for acting appropriately and within their limits.
ALLERGEN INFORMATION: LaserCity informs customers that the food and beverages normally available on the premises may contain the following allergens: Cereals containing gluten, cow’s milk and dairy products (including lactose), eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, sesame, mustard, lupin, and sulfites.
This establishment provides a detailed allergen menu indicating allergens present in each product, as well as ingredient information for all food and beverages offered for sale.
LaserCity makes available to its users a compilation of its Rules and Warnings, as well as an Information Form, to facilitate the sharing of any relevant information the user wishes to provide in order to improve their experience at LaserCity.
LaserCity shall not be held responsible for the consequences arising from failure to comply with or take into consideration the Rules and Warnings, nor for the improper use of the facilities and/or equipment, failure to follow instructions and rules of use, or for any risks assumed and/or caused by the users themselves.
